Task & Responsibilities
- Provide Dynamics/Navision support to all JOST locations in APA (China, India, Australia, South Africa)
- Review business processes and identify areas of improvement
- Analyze new business requirements; develop and implement solutions
- Document implemented business processes
- Work towards standardized processes based on best-practices and in accordance with corporate standards
- Ensure global standards are implemented in the supported systems
- Coordinate external service providers and consultants
- Establish relationship with key users and business stakeholders
- Be the link between the region and HQ
- Manage implementation and upgrade projects
- Capability of second development and API (application programing interface) development
Requirements
- Implementation experience with Dynamics NAV / Business Central
- Understanding of business processes in manufacturing companies
- Experience in working with global enterprises
- Very good English communication skills
- Willingness to travel to other JOST locations in the APA region.
