SQE供应商质量工程师招聘 - 约斯特（中国）汽车部件有限公司

Requirement :
1. Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering；
2. At least 5 years working experience in automotive company；
3. Strong background and experience in Supplier Quality Assurance / Quality Control；
4. Be familiar with molding, stamping, machining process, as well as necessary casting and forging process；
5. Must be skilled in statistical quality control tools for process / product controls, such as PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and Control Plan.
6. Good analytical and problem solving skills, familiar with 8D. six sigma GB is preferred.
7. Should have the ability to prioritize assignments.
8. Strong interaction and communication skills with the supplier.
9. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Proficiency in computer skills.
10. Good knowledge on ISO9001, it is plus for IATF16949:2016.


Responsibility:
1. Manage Supplier Complaints and Problem Solving process
2. Carry out the product release and approval process for purchased products (PPAP/APQP)
3. Plan, carry-out and follow-up Supplier Audits
4. Perform Root Cause Analysis in case of non-conformities (Product, Process, KPIs, Audits)
5. Define and Implement Corrective Actions (Product, Process, KPIs, Audits)
6. Monitor supplier quality performance on a regular basis
7. Support international and cross functional task forces in cases of TOP supplier complaints
8. Support escalation management in case of TOP supplier complaints
9. Reporting of necessary KPIs
